The personal information and report details of the Informant are protected,
and this applies equally to anonymous reports. However, in the case of anonymous reports,
if the content is not specific or the facts are unclear, an investigation may not be conducted.
Retaliation or disadvantages against Informant, or any violations of Informant protection,
will be strictly punished according to regulations
